01 Scope
These Website Terms govern access to and use of the SenSec corporate website, public pages, public materials, contact forms, investor briefing requests, secure-channel requests, and career application flows.
These terms do not replace any signed agreement, order form, product terms, data processing agreement, statement of work, or other written contract between SenSec LLC and a customer, partner, investor, candidate, or authorized user.
02 Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the availability, integrity, security, or intended operation of the site.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, submit malicious content, scrape the site at abusive volume, impersonate another person or organization, or use the website to test security controls without authorization.
03 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SenSec LLC, its officers, and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your unlawful use of the website or your material violation of these Website Terms.
04 Public materials
Public descriptions of SenSec systems, deployments, methods, market views, and operating principles are provided for general information. They are not an offer, guarantee, specification, warranty, or binding service commitment.
Any non-public materials, investor briefings, deployment records, product roadmaps, or operational documents may be subject to NDA, access controls, and separate written terms.
Public materials may contain forward-looking statements about products, plans, deployments, and market views. Such statements reflect current expectations only and are not commitments, guarantees, performance promises, or investment advice.
05 Inquiries
Submitting a contact request, investor request, secure-channel request, or career application does not create a customer relationship, employment relationship, investment relationship, advisory relationship, or obligation for SenSec to respond, proceed, or enter into any agreement.
Do not submit classified, protected, client-sensitive, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information through public website forms. Secure communication channels are available on request.
06 Product terms
SenSec systems such as FieldOps, CommandOps, VectorOps, EMRA, and related modules are governed by the applicable product terms, order form, data processing terms, security documentation, and operational protocols provided for that system or engagement.
Product-specific legal documents may be maintained on dedicated product websites or supplied directly during procurement, pilot, deployment, or contracting.
07 Export controls
SenSec products, documentation, and technical data may be subject to US export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations.
You may not use this website, request SenSec materials, or submit inquiries in violation of applicable export control or sanctions requirements, and you represent that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of a party in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive US sanctions.
08 Intellectual property
The SenSec name, website, product names, text, graphics, visual style, systems, software, documentation, and related materials are owned by SenSec LLC or its licensors. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in writing.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from SenSec materials except as permitted by law or authorized in writing by SenSec.
09 Disclaimer
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. SenSec does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenSec LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on public website materials.
The website and all public materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of SenSec LLC arising out of or relating to the website and public materials shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Website Terms from time to time. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always available on this page.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Updates do not modify any signed agreement between SenSec LLC and a customer, partner, investor, or candidate.
11 Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Website Terms or your use of the website that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory protections that may be available to you under the laws of your place of residence, where such protections apply by law.
12 General provisions
If any provision of these Website Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
The website may link to third-party websites or services. SenSec does not control and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
