Founded for Command.
Built on Contact.

SenSec exists to turn security operations from improvised coordination into disciplined command infrastructure. Built from field reality, validated under pressure, and designed to scale without losing control.

Operator in a live security operations environment used to validate SenSec systems

Why SenSec Exists

We didn't start with software. We started with operations.

SenSec was founded by people from executive protection and commercial security — operators who spent years running guard forces, protective details and control rooms, and kept hitting the same wall: the tools built for this industry were built by people who had never stood a post.

So we built our own. Every SenSec system is designed, deployed, and hardened against live workflows with Sentinel Security, an independent licensed guarding and executive protection agency in Prague. Not a demo environment. A live operation with real clients, real incidents, and real consequences.

That's still how we work today. Nothing ships until it has survived the field. Field use comes first. Market language comes after.

Where This Is Going

Our goal is simple to state and hard to build: security operations run with the same discipline as aviation.

Protocols instead of improvisation. Systems instead of memory. Command that survives any single person. That's the standard we hold ourselves to. It's the standard we build for yours.

Operational Background
01

Guarding at scale

Shifts, sites, patrols, incidents, attendance, reports, and client expectations. The baseline pressure is continuity: every shift must inherit confirmed reality.

02

Executive protection

Principals, routes, drivers, assistants, vehicles, calendars, weather, traffic, and last-minute changes. The cost of one missing signal is asymmetric.

03

Corporate risk

Global events become operational questions: who is exposed, what movement is affected, what scenario is likely, and what action should be taken before departure.

Operating Principles
01

Protocol over improvisation.

Improvisation is where operations fail. Every SenSec system converts implicit practice into enforced protocol.

02

Deployment over demonstration.

We do not sell prototypes. Every system runs in live operations before it carries the SenSec name.

03

Command stays human.

Systems enforce structure and maintain operational truth. Judgment and command remain with people.

04

Every claim defensible.

No inflated metrics. No theoretical capabilities. If we state a number, it holds.

Live Deployment Ground

Sentinel Security — Prague, Czech Republic

Independent licensed executive protection and guarding agency.

Field environment where SenSec systems are tested against real operational pressure.

SenSec builds the product portfolio. Sentinel Security provides live operational ground truth: guard operations, protective details, control-room workflows, and deployment pressure that generic software environments cannot reproduce.

How We Work

We do not begin with a feature wishlist. We begin with operational friction: where a handover breaks, where a confirmation is missing, where a route decision is made without context, where reporting becomes reconstruction.

Then we convert working practice into protocol, deploy it into a controlled environment, and keep only what survives real use.
