Build for operations
where ambiguity has a cost.

Join a team building applied command infrastructure for guard operations, executive protection, counter-surveillance, and travel risk.

Engineering · Operations · Intelligence · Product

SenSec is for people who want to build systems that meet the physical world: shifts, routes, principals, sites, incidents, evidence, decisions, and accountability.

The work is not abstract AI. It is applied command infrastructure for security operations, developed through live deployment and refined under operational friction.

We value precision, discretion, field empathy, calm judgment, and the patience to turn messy human workflows into reliable protocol.

Work Areas
01

Engineering

Build reliable systems around messy operational inputs: AI workflows, integrations, mobile field tools, command interfaces, and secure infrastructure.

02

Operations

Translate live security practice into protocol. Understand the gap between what teams say happens and what actually happens under pressure.

03

Intelligence

Structure threat, movement, route, and scenario data into decision support that operators can trust before departure or escalation.

04

Product

Design for command clarity, not feature density. Every surface must reduce ambiguity, confirm reality, or move an operation forward.

Open Roles

Specific seats.
Operational filters.

We add roles when the work is real. Each opening is written for the environment it serves, not for a generic recruiting funnel.

Open Role

Business Development Representative, United States

United States · Remote / field-led · Military or security background preferred

SenSec is looking for a US-based commercial operator who can open serious conversations with security agencies, executive protection teams, corporate security leaders, and physical-operations buyers.

Open Role

Business Development Representative, United States

United States · Remote / field-led · Military or security background preferred

SenSec is looking for a US-based commercial operator who can open serious conversations with security agencies, executive protection teams, corporate security leaders, and physical-operations buyers.

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify early US opportunities across guard operations, executive protection, counter-surveillance, and corporate security.
  • Translate operational pain into a clear SenSec system fit: FieldOps, CommandOps, VectorOps, EMRA, or a multi-system path.
  • Run disciplined first conversations with owners, operators, security directors, and principals without overpromising capability.
  • Document market signals, objections, buyer language, and deployment patterns for product and leadership.
  • Support demos, operational assessments, pilots, and handoff into deployment conversations.

Who fits

  • Background in military, law enforcement, executive protection, private security, risk intelligence, or corporate security.
  • Credibility with people who run real operations, not only procurement or generic software buying cycles.
  • Able to sell quietly: precise language, restraint, discretion, and respect for sensitive environments.
  • Comfortable building a market from first principles: outreach, relationships, referrals, conferences, and operator networks.
  • Strong written follow-up. Every conversation should leave a clean operational record.

Not this

  • This is not a high-volume SDR seat.
  • This is not a script-led SaaS closer role.
  • This is not for someone who needs heavy management before acting.

Initial engagement can be structured as contractor, advisor-commercial, or employment path depending on background, location, and fit. Compensation model to be discussed individually.

Apply / Introduce Yourself

Include your operational background, US region, and the buyer networks you can credibly reach.

Open Role

Full-Stack Android Developer

Remote · Android + backend · Security-minded engineering

SenSec is looking for a remote full-stack developer who can build Android field applications and the backend/API surfaces around them for physical security operations.

What you will do

  • Build Android applications for field teams: confirmations, incidents, routes, reports, media capture, location context, and operational handovers.
  • Design and implement the API surfaces, data models, authentication flows, and backend services required for reliable mobile operations.
  • Engineer for real-world field conditions: intermittent connectivity, battery constraints, background tasks, device variance, and disciplined error handling.
  • Work with operators to translate messy operational workflows into clear mobile interactions and protocol-backed system behavior.
  • Maintain security posture across the stack: access control, audit trails, data minimization, secure storage, upload handling, and privacy-sensitive telemetry.
  • Document implementation decisions, edge cases, and deployment assumptions so the system can be maintained under operational pressure.

Who fits

  • Strong Android development experience, ideally Kotlin-first, with a practical understanding of modern Android architecture and lifecycle constraints.
  • Backend/API experience with production systems: REST or similar interfaces, relational data, authentication, file handling, jobs, logging, and deployment hygiene.
  • Comfortable building operational software where reliability, traceability, and clear failure states matter more than cosmetic feature velocity.
  • Security-minded by default: careful with permissions, location data, sensitive media, credentials, and operational context.
  • Able to work remotely with high written clarity, low supervision, and clean handoffs across time zones.
  • Eligible to work with a US company and comply with applicable US export-control and sanctions requirements.

Not this

  • This is not a mobile-only UI role.
  • This is not a prototype-and-disappear contract.
  • This is not for someone who treats location, identity, or operational data casually.
  • This is not for someone who needs perfect specifications before making responsible technical progress.

Remote engagement can be structured as contractor or employment path depending on country, legal eligibility, availability, and fit. We care more about disciplined execution than office location.

Apply / Introduce Yourself

Include Android work you can discuss, backend systems you have owned, your country or region, availability, and any experience with security, field operations, logistics, or regulated data.

Career Application

Bring judgment shaped by real operations.

We are looking for people who can turn field reality into protocol: disciplined operators, engineers, analysts, and commercial builders. Tell us what environments shaped you, what role you can own, and where you can raise the standard.

PDF, DOC, or DOCX. Maximum 8 MB.

We process your application and attached CV to evaluate your candidacy and operate our recruitment process, as described in our Privacy Policy. This is separate from your optional analytics choice.

Discretion matters. Do not include classified, protected, or client-sensitive material.

Working Standard

Quiet work.
High consequence.

Field reality over assumptions. We listen to operators before designing around them.

Security mindset. Discretion, access control, data restraint, and operational sensitivity are part of the work.

Protocol over improvisation. We build systems that make the right action easier and the missing confirmation visible.

Open introductions are welcome.
